1. Digital Services

Orion Markets provides digital analytical services, including:

  • access to foreign economic activity (FEA) data and analytics;
  • market research reports and company profiles;
  • account balance top-ups for purchasing services on the platform.

2. Balance Top-Ups

Funds added to your account balance may be refunded under the following conditions:

  • the refund request is submitted within 14 days of the top-up;
  • the funds have not been used to purchase any services;
  • the account is in good standing and has not violated the Terms of Service.

If part of the topped-up funds has been spent, only the unused portion may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

3. Purchased Services

Due to the digital nature of our services, the following refund rules apply:

  • services that have been accessed or downloaded are considered delivered and are non-refundable;
  • if a purchased report or data set contains errors attributable to the platform, we will either correct the data or issue a full refund;
  • duplicate purchases (same service purchased twice by mistake) are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charge.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • include your account email, the transaction details, and the reason for the refund request.

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. For payments made via FastSpring, the refund is processed by FastSpring as the Merchant of Record.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in accordance with Georgian legislation.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy. Users will be notified of changes through the notification system on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes agreement with the updated policy.
