Public Offer Agreement

This document is an official proposal (public offer) from Orion Markets service for entering into an agreement for the provision of information services.

1. General Provisions

This offer is an official proposal from Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Baranov (Identification Number: 322778749, Georgia), operating under the trademark Orion Markets (hereinafter — the "Provider"), to enter into an information services agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") on the terms set out in this document.

Acceptance of this offer is registration on the website and/or payment for any subscription plan. Acceptance of the offer means full and unconditional agreement of the User with all terms of this document.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider undertakes to grant the User access to the information and analytical system for analyzing foreign economic activity (FEA) data, and the User undertakes to pay for the services in accordance with the selected subscription plan.

The list and scope of services provided are determined by the selected subscription plan published on the website.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Provider undertakes to:

ensure 24/7 access to the system, except during maintenance periods;
ensure the security of the User's personal data;
provide technical support through the chat system on the website.

The User undertakes to:

not share account credentials with third parties;
not use automated access tools without the appropriate subscription;
not resell data obtained through the system.

4. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

The cost of services is determined by current rates published on the pricing page.

Payment is accepted via the following methods:

Bank transfer — in EUR or USD to the Provider's bank account. Invoice is issued upon request via support chat.
Cryptocurrency — USDT (TRC20/ERC20). Payment is processed automatically through the website.

Services are considered rendered from the moment access to the system is granted.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are possible within 14 days from the date of payment, provided that the User has not used the services (has not made search queries, has not downloaded reports).

To request a refund, please contact support via the chat on the website.

6. Liability of the Parties

The Provider is not responsible for commercial decisions made by the User based on data obtained through the system.

The Provider does not guarantee 100% completeness and accuracy of FEA data, as information comes from public government sources.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia.

All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the court at the Provider's place of registration.

8. Final Provisions

This offer comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website and is valid until its withdrawal by the Provider.

The Provider reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this offer by notifying Users through the notification system on the website.
